We have disinfected the school by a registered company. Classes will be deep cleaned every day after students dismiss. All classes will have hand sanitizers, soap and paper towels. We recommend that students bring their own hand sanitizer so that they can sanitize at their own convenience and their own facecloth for drying their hands.
Waiting areas have been demarcated for lower primary, upper primary and secondary school students to ensure social distancing when students are waiting to be collected.
Extra teachers will be on duty at arrival and departure times. Teacher duty starts at 06:45 and their duty ends at 16:15. Thereafter students will be left with the security officers. WE URGE PARENTS TO ENSURE THAT THEIR CHILDREN ARE COLLECTED ON TIME SO THAT NO CHILD IS LEFT UNSUPERVISED AT SCHOOL.
School fees for 2020 will remain the same; however, Management has formulated a payment plan policy which our accounting function will make available to parents accordingly. The plan includes yearly, termly and monthly payment options.
Students who have outstanding fees for Term 1, 2020 will unfortunately NOT be admitted into class for Term 2 unless full payment for Term 1 is made.
Yours
Mr N. Miller
